Procedure for applying for the Summer Leadership Institute 2010 (June 6-12, 2010):

• Click one of the links below to open and print an application form.
• Fill out the application and turn it in to your Guidance Counselor.
• Have your Guidance Counselor fill out and initial the School Information section.
• Your Guidance Counselor should mail the form back to Milliken & Company at the address on the first page of the application.

** Remember that SLI is open to rising high school seniors who rank in the top 15 percent of their classes and have demonstrated substantial leadership capabilities.

The deadline for applications for SLI 2010 is April 15, 2010.
